From Downtown Norfolk : Take 264 East to exit 64 (sign which says Naval Base-Richmond). Stay on 64 West to exit 282, follow US 13 (Northhampton Blvd.) for 7 miles to sign that says "Last Exit before Bay Bridge Tunnel" (60 East). Make right on 60 East (Shore Drive) for approx. 1 1/2 miles to Lesner Bridge. As you come off the bridge, make a left onto Starfish Road which is at the second traffic light. Follow the road to the pier.
